The LILLY shoe by Ziera is all you need for everyday style and support, fastening with twin zips for extra convenience. It features a removable Active Comfort footbed designed for superior shock absorption, made from flexible PU with arch support, a metatarsal bump and contoured heel cup, reinforced with PU gel and a TPU stabilizing cradle that runs from heel to arch. The footbed is removable and can be swapped for your own orthotics. This style features the Ziera W fit, a standard width which should suit most people.

Always measure your feet wearing socks unless the style is made to be worn with bare feet. Use your largest foot to take the measurement, and if unsure, measure both and use the larger measurement.

What you’ll need: A ruler or tape measure, a pen and a blank piece of paper (A4 or larger)

Place the short end of the paper against a wall. Place your largest foot on the paper with your heel against the wall, so that your heel is equal with the edge of the paper.

Without moving your foot, use the pen to mark where your longest toe ends. Step off the paper.

Using your ruler or tape measure, measure from the edge of the paper to the line you have drawn. You can now use this measurement to determine your shoe size.

*Styles in the Diana Ferrari collection are a standard width fitting (B). Styles in the Supersoft by Diana Ferrari collection are a wider fitting (C).

Measuring Your Child's Feet

Always measure your feet wearing a sock, unless the style is made to be worn with bare feet. Grab a seat, then place a piece of paper in front of you. Use a pencil to trace around your foot. Ensure you hold the pencil as straight up as possible whilst tracing and ensure the pencil remains in contact with your foot during the process. With a ruler measure the distance between the base of the heel and the tip of your big toe. This distance is your foot length and is the number you use to determine your shoe size.
