Click & Collect

READY WITHIN 3 HOURS

We offer a free 3-hour Click & Collect service. Simply place your online order, select your preferred store with product availability and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected from your nominated Mathers store. Order at least 3 hours before the store closes for same-day collection.

Note: Processing may take longer during peak sale periods.

At the checkout, ensure items are available for Click & Collect and complete your order.

We'll notify you by email and SMS when your Click & Collect items are ready to be picked up.

When picking up your order, have your collection email or SMS and photo ID ready to show to a team member.

Is there any charge or minimum spend for Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a free service with no miminum spend.

Which stores offer Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is available at all stores, depending on stock availability. During peak periods and other varying circumstances, Click & Collect may be unavailable and will not appear as an option on the product page or the checkout.

How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready for collection? 

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email and SMS within 3 trading hours, confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details.

When can I collect my order?

You will receive an Order Ready email and SMS to notify you when your order has been processed. Your items may not be ready if you visit the store prior to receiving this notification.


Availability depends on the time of order and the trading hours of the selected collection store. If your selected store closes within 3 hours of purchase, your order will be ready for pick-up the next day.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

You will need to bring a copy of your Order Ready email or SMS (printed or on your mobile phone), along with a valid photo ID (i.e.drivers licence, passport, or photo identification).

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

You can nominate someone to collect your Click & Collect order on your behalf at the checkout. The nominated person will need to present a valid photo ID (i.e.drivers licence, passport, or photo identification) along with a copy of the Order Ready SMS.

I can no longer collect my order myself, how do I nominate someone to collect it on my behalf?

To nominate someone to collect your Click & Collect order on your behalf, please contact our Customer Care team via our Contact Us page. Please note our stores are not able to make any updates on your behalf. 

What time can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from your nominated store during trading hours, once you have been notified your order is ready for collection. Please see the Store Locater for store trading hours. *T&Cs apply.

How long do I have to collect my order?

We will hold your Click & Collect order for 14 days from when you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive three reminders via email and SMS that your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within 14 days from the date of your order confirmation email, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method. 

I am unable to pick up my Click & Collect order within the 14 days. Can I extend?

If you are unable to pick up your Click & Collect order with the 14-day period, please contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Us page. Extensions are subject to approval. 

Can I make a change to my Click & Collect order once I have placed it?

Once you have placed your Click & Collect order, it cannot be changed as it will be sent directly to the nominated store to be processed. You will need to collect your order and can make any exchanges while in store.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If for any reason an item in your Click & Collect order is unable to be fulfilled, we will notify you via email and SMS. We will process a refund to your original payment method.

Am I able to inspect or try on my Click & Collect order before taking it home?

Of course. Our team members will be happy to guide you to a seat to try on your purchase and assist you if you have any questions. 

Can I return my items if they are not suitable? 

Yes. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns page. Returns can be processed in-store or via our online returns portal. 

What happens if some items in my Click & Collect order are unavailable at my nominated store?

You can change your store to another nearby location where items are available or proceed with an online purchase. Please note that the free shipping threshold of $99 applies, so delivery charges may apply.

By using our Click & Collect service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions. We collect personal information (such as your name, contact details, and address) to process and verify your order.  Your details may be shared with third parties to assist in providing our services. Photo identification is required upon collection. If you do not present this information, we may be unable to fulfil your order. Store trading hours may change without notice, which could affect collection times. Once the parcel has been collected, you or the person nominated will be responsible for any damage or loss of those items.
